Ritika Tyagi

I was the Head of English and French department of the entire organisation where i worked. This role required me to coordinate with all the stakeholders- teachers, students , parents and professionals at all levels and ensure every query, concern that came my way is dealt with effectively. I also used to organise annual Fests which also involved communicating with internal and external members of the organisation to help make the fest a success.
Managing the entire department required me to multitask on several levels- set syllabus, review performances, record keeping and also ensuring highest level of support available to the students as well as the teachers. To work in such fast paced environment i always made sure that I plan and prioritise tasks on regular basis to always do justice to every responsibility i was handed over.
