I use practical methods always with the focus in mind that my students are able to communicate in German and are confident to use as many words and phrases as possible and remember them.
Using pictures and songs to make it easier to understand the language and use it when needed. Combining several methods together can lead to a good understanding of the meaning of the language.
This creates more self esteem and confidence in the students ability to continue and reach their goals.
