I am an English tutor for two years now .
The first thing I work on when we start lessons with my students is their attitude toward English .
I work with the students patiently and humbly to ensure that they have a positive attitude towards English.
I try and identify the weaknesses of my students in the subject and work smart towards them .
I am empathetic with my students and always encourage them and clap for them in every step that we make .
I look forward to changing lives making it possible for a hopeless student and restoring the hope back . As a tutor I have goals that we set with my students that outline what we should work towards and what we should achieve by the end of each session . We only move to the next session when we have achieved our previous session’s goal .
I am very delighted when I speak fluent English with my students that have been dedicated to the sessions and finally get to achieve their goals .
I believe that every student is capable and have the capability to speak English fluently . It only takes a patient teacher and a dedicated student to achieve this goal . I keep encouraging my students and tell them that it is possible . In my classes, we celebrate every milestone made by the students .This keeps them motivated and makes it easier to win our goals.
