I am Rishika Ramakrishna graduate in Electronics and communication Engineering and a 3 year experienced tutor currently working as a teaching assistant specialised in General science including physics, chemistry and biology. I am very passionate about tutoring and have been working hard to see the full impact of my work done as a tutor. I have the skills and qualities required to make a great tutor including Excellent communication and listening skills, student engagement, student devolopement, student safety and excellent knowledge of general science. My aim is to make all my student succeed in their education. I would make a great tutor because I am very patient, empethetic, calm and have a positive attitude towards my job. I can strongly assist the students in understanding and learning subject material from the course and help them to achieve their personal academic goals by preparing them for upcoming class material and help them become independent learner. As an effective tutor I can help the tutee by promoting independence in learning, personalising learning, facilitating tutee insights in learning and learning processes, providing a student perspective on learning and university success, Respecting individual differences. I am very motivated by a desire to make a positive difference in children's lives, a love for working with children. I can improve a students understanding of a subject as much as their ability in it by executing various effective tutoring methods.
