My lessons are tailored according to the need of every student. I prefer to understand the way of learning with my students before I create a system for teaching. This is mostly done by first just having a chat with students about the course, their skills in that course, their preferences and some other things to get to know them.
However, in general, my method is about practice. First I go through the concepts of the task at hand and then practice several variants of that problem until the student gets the hang of it. The most important thing for me is to be patient and understand the way each student learns which is different for each individual.
Content-wise, I use books, videos and other reference materials to teach.
