An older fellow I have a wealth of life experience which helps me better understand my students, and provide a tailored teaching package for them. Approachable, and dependable I pride myself on delivering a unique and effective learning experience.

Throughout the years I have reinvented myself many times over and this gives me a proven edge when working with others in a teaching capacity. When I lived in the United Kingdom I was a fully qualified driving instructor with a 95% pass rate. I am a TEFL certified graduate which helps inform my lessons and approach to teaching. I have experience in: grammar and language awareness, video observation, telephone teaching, one to one and teaching large classes.

Having lived throughout Europe, I have a wealth of English teaching knowledge. I have taught both remotely and in class; specifically L'Ecole de Mines Douai - a renowned engineering school in Northern France, and Lille university. I have also taught one to one, and helped coach people in preparation for examinations.

Learning should be fun for it is far easier to acquire and retain information when a person is enjoying themselves. With this in front of mind, I spend time considering the needs, goals and preferences of my pupils to achieve the best results in a timely, and fun fashion. This is also why I like to incorproate learning games to help students to settle and have fun too.
