I can take private lessons to show you how to do the basics and make fantasic plates of food for you wanting to wow case your skills to a friend!. Weather it be filleting a fish, making a sauce, butchery and pastey and ice cream work. I am classically trained with a fine dining backround.i have worked for chefs such as Michel Roux JR, Tom Aikens and Monica Galetti. If you want to learn more about food and working with brilliant ingredients from all around the world then dont hesititate to book for a group or private session. Ican travel to clients or clients can come to me. Whatever you would like ti learn about cooking i can teach younthe skills to be the fit pro chef to wow all your friends and family! Making pate's. , all soups,stocks,sauces, freshly made pasts,filleting of fish, butchery,preparing and certain cuts of veg. Bakery, tempering of chocolate,menu planning, zero wasteage. there will be 2 hour lessons or even 1 if preferred. Also pastry and cooking of meats.
