I believe in building a healthy relationship and focussing on the mentality required to achieve mutual goals in sport, whether that be physical performance or mental aptitude. I like to offer online or in person training using minimal equipment, and look to initially help understanding of roles, goals, and outcomes. I like to take my time and have reason and purpose to all actions, and make sure that there is not a second wasted, and not a single misunderstood word. I believe that the focus should be on little improvements, recognising progress of each day, and building upon things that we are already great at, and may need improvement. Realism is important, and goal setting is an important factor for me, in order to build a pathway to achieve a shared goal. I would like to offer both mental and physical sessions where the focus will be on different attributes, depending on desires of everyone involved. I have worked already with teams and solo athletes to build upon their performance, which usually starts with sessions that put everybody on the same page, and visualise goals in performances. Measurements of success will be established, and work can begin on bettering mentality, performance, and interpretation of outcomes. Solo athletes respond best as I am able to better understand the goals of a single person than a team, who often prefer for me to share my vision after assessment of what is needed within the team to assist in performance (Whether that be cohesion, understanding, role setting, or general team work).
