My experience in teaching comes from lecturing at University, tutoring Bachelor's students, (currently) teaching a data science course for adult learners, and from private tutoring. My knowledge comes from decades of study and scientific practice. I work in an informal but professional manner. Rather than presenting some rehearsed lesson, we will identify knowledge gaps and areas where confidence is lacking, and will work on these together, in a democratic way. Of course I will go through material, but we will also work together on interactive tasks, and I will listen to the learner's needs. When the learner is for a specified education level / exam, we will use the official material, and we will work with practice exams when appropriate. Nothing will be rushed, we will focus where we need to. I advise on taking away extra tasks to enforce learning. Learning is easier when it is engaging and fun, and so far I have always managed to make this the case. I look forward to working with you.
