Ricardo Gaspar

Hi! I'm Ricardo, a professional chef and former restaurant owner. I studied culinary arts and business management at the best Culinary and tourism uni in Portugal - ESHTE. I have done a little of everything in the business, but after selling my restaurant, I travelled around and learned that I love to teach others how to cook, which is one of the most gratifying things I have done. Now, I try to make it my job.

If you want to learn about classical, southern European, or asian food, where our food comes from, the culture and history, or just how to properly eat on a budget, I can teach you those skills and pass on that knowledge.
