There are two methods of teaching (especially in my view); one is Teacher centric and another is student-centric. In Teacher centric tutoring, the teacher will preplan the course curriculum and teach those to the student. In a student-centric system, the student will arise questions and place problems in front of the tutor, the tutor will solve that.
I prefer hybrid sessions, where both teacher and student interact and discuss the student's issues. In my one-hour session, I will take 15 min exam and 45 min tutoring. Therefore, a student will practice the task that he/she learns in the respective one-hour session.
For the group session, where more than one student, the exam will taken after the full one hour tutoring session and the exam will last 30 mins.
However, each weekend there is a test for a specific topic that has studied last week. So, each month, there are total 4 exams.
A student can also find extra care outside of lecture time. Understanding a topic is my first priority. During my tutoring in Learning Brain, I have encountered that most of the students are struggling with Math and Physics. I hope next time you will not find it hard.
Hope for the best. Together we can make the world beautiful.
