In my approach to tutoring Math, I prioritise the use of technology and visualisation to foster a deeper understanding of the subject. I recognize that many students, including myself, find it challenging to grasp abstract concepts without visual aids. To address this, I create custom visualisations that illustrate mathematical principles in real-world contexts, making them more relatable and easier to comprehend.

For instance, before exams, I developed a livestream session where I reviewed crucial topics using tailored slides. This allowed students to engage with the material in a dynamic way, encouraging questions and interaction. The ability to visualise complex problems helps students not only to remember formulas but also to understand their applications, which is essential for A-Level success.

In our sessions, I encourage students to express their difficulties openly, enabling me to tailor my teaching methods to their unique needs. I employ interactive tools like digital whiteboards and educational apps, which make learning more engaging and can cater to various learning styles.

Moreover, I emphasise the importance of practice and provide targeted exercises that reinforce the concepts we've covered. By regularly assessing their progress and adapting our lessons accordingly, I ensure that each student feels supported and confident in their abilities.

My goal is to create a learning environment that fosters trust and encourages curiosity, helping students to not only excel academically but also to develop a genuine appreciation for Mathematics. This holistic approach to tutoring equips students with the skills they need for both exams and future academic challenges.
