Organic chemistry is a hard subject, and I truly agree to that. But no worries, I will teach you how to slowly understand the beauty and essence of the subject by starting with the fundamentals and basics of things and slowly build up from there until a good understanding of the concepts is achieved by the student.
In terms of teaching dynamics, I opt to lean on teaching styles that are student-centered such as open-discussions, peer participation, and "less pressure" kind of atmosphere. Also, I provide students handouts before I start my lecture so that they would not have a hard time jotting down notes but instead, they just write down important key points from my discussion.
Although my teaching style is unlike the traditional methods, rest assured that I would not compromise the objectives and lesson targets for the subject. At the same time, I will not compromise the mental health of my students by not placing unnecessary pressure on things that do not really matter.
