When you train with me, the focus is on creating a personalized and dynamic experience that helps you grow in all aspects of MMA. Each session is structured to meet your goals—whether you’re focusing on improving technique, enhancing fitness, or preparing for competition.

Lesson Format:

Warm-Up & Conditioning: We start with a tailored warm-up and conditioning session to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. This is key to building a solid foundation for your skills.
Technique Drills: Depending on your area of focus, we’ll work on key techniques like striking, grappling, or submissions. I’ll break down the fundamentals step by step, ensuring you master each movement before progressing.
Sparring & Application: As you improve, we’ll gradually incorporate controlled sparring or live drills to test and refine your skills in real-time. This builds confidence and adaptability under pressure.
Feedback & Improvement: I’ll provide constant feedback during every session to highlight areas for improvement, helping you grow with each lesson.
Content/Dynamics: Every lesson is tailored to your specific needs and interests. Whether you’re working on your striking game, clinch work, or ground game, I’ll adjust the session to fit your skill level and objectives. We’ll also integrate fitness training into each session, making sure your cardio and strength progress alongside your technical skills.

My Experience: As an active MMA fighter with extensive experience coaching both beginners and experienced athletes, I’ve worked with a variety of clients, from those looking to get into the sport to athletes training for competition. My background allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to training that focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of MMA.

Flexible Hours: Training hours are flexible and based on your availability and goals. Whether you prefer private sessions or group training, I can work around your schedule to ensure consistency and progress.
