At first I need to get to know where the students are, what they need and what they want to achieve. Then I will create a whole learning system for the individual's learning based on what I have found about the student. Next, I will make a stage-by-stage plan for the student to follow for a certain period of time. If necessary, I'll make adjustments to bring out the best result. Last but certainly not least, fit all these plans into each session by self exploring, demonstration, explaining, and practice using pictures, videos or games to strengthen understanding and increase the fun. I prefer to connect foreign language learning to our daily life or study as in this way it won't be boring or difficult to understand and retain. All in all, making the language learning fun and student-involving is the most important, which is definitely my priority during teaching.
