Hello! My name is Ren and I am an online KS2, GCSE English Language and Literature, and A-Level English Language Tutor. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics and a PGCE (Post Graduate) degree in Secondary Education specialising in English.

I strongly believe in tailoring my lessons to your needs and the outcome you'd like; whether improving exam results or gaining confidence and proficiency in speaking, writing and reading, I am here to help you achieve those goals!

I also actively seek to make my lessons engaging and interactive as well as challenging. Yes, it's important to practice essay writing and grammar, which seem dull and dreary at first glance, but my lessons consist of using quizzes, games, and lots of different resources adapted specifically to your needs - there are so many ways for English to be fun and interesting!

My practice does not end when the lesson does; I am more than happy to share and send resources out of lesson time so you can practice in your own time too.

All my lessons are done online and can be used through your phone, an iPad or your laptop. The first lesson is FREE - this is a dedicated session to get to know each other, to talk about your goals and what topics you are covering in English so I can prepare dedicated lessons for you.
