New to online tutoring on this site, 1.5 years experience as a 1:1 private maths and chemistry tutor in Surrey area.

On this site, in between studying hours for my chemistry degree, I will provide private tutoring to GCSE/IGCSE students who need additional support to improve their ability and confidence in Chemistry.

I am committed in organising lessons which I tailor to the students' specific needs and goals in preparation for their assessments. I love to aid students develop their skills and understanding of the fundamental topics chemistry has to offer, hopefully helping to spark a passion for chemistry of their own.

I do try to take into consideration how the student wants to be taught, not every student is the same! Generally, I enjoy using creative examples and applications of sometimes ‘dull’ information to help the student create both positive and strong associations with the subject and its real life application. The students will achieve their goals by practicing a lot and by being challenged with exam practice questions. I do believe understanding is key and the best way to develop a solid understanding is practice practice practice!
