For online based learning, I would usually have some power point presentations and making the topics more interactive.
I will start topics by discussing theories and concepts of the topics. From there examples will be provided with increasing level of difficulty and/or complexity. Selection of problems / topics are flexible depending on the student's level of understanding and area of concern. Topics and examples will be focused heavily on student's needs.
Every session will start with a recap of previous topics as a refresher and end with a feedback on student's progress. Extra attention will be given to topics where student's find it more challenging than the others. A simple concept or theory can be presented in numerous ways to ensure that the concept is absorbed by the student in a manner suitable to the individual's learning styles and abilities. Every student will experience a tailor-fit tutoring that are highly dependent on their individual abilities, unique learning strategies and timing. Sample Problems will be provided and solutions will given at the end of the class however, the manner of solving will again be dependent on the student's techniques. The individuality and uniqueness of approach can vary from student to student One should feel that learning is fun and easy.
I will typically offer an online session however a face to face interaction can be requested in advance and will be accommodated whenever possible. The students' welfare and progressive learnings are at the forefront of my every lesson plans and delivery ensuring that they'll get the maximum benefit from every session.
