I am a music teacher in a Music Academy since May 2015. This academy allows students with special needs such as children with ADHD, Speech and verbal delays, and Slow Learners to learn musical instruments of their choice. It was hard the first time but eventually, upon learning individual needs, I developed curriculum to support and teach individual differences. As the Head Teacher, I have to think of learning opportunities for every learners.
