I have experience of teaching in an NGO for around 2 years. I was an English speaking and communication trainer.
Effective teaching involves a combination of various methods and strategies to engage students, promote understanding, and facilitate learning. Here are some key teaching methods for a teacher to consider: demonstration, group discussions, lecture, case study, role plays, assessment and feedback.
For me I teach to understand not to just learn, I teach to do it practical not to just keep it in mind.
I believe, the key is to use a combination of these methods and be responsive to the needs of students. No single approach works for every student or every subject, so it's important to be flexible and creative in teaching methods.
