I have got the experience of around 3years in this field where my methodology is learner -centred and participation centred, where teacher and students go hand in hand .Always try to figure out the level of the students and try to build the pace slowly and gradually where the pupils learn and enjoys the most. Use different method to make them understand weather it is a topic or a single word. Try to use those concepts in a day to day life and make them easier to understand it’s importance. Prepare the lesson beforehand so we can easily follow the time table .Give them small projects to engaged them and where I can assess their potential and needs.
Introducing vocabulary and tell different stories and passage to use that phasis the Why and How learning and encouraging the students to build their creative thinking.
Emphasis on human beings: their needs,
contexts, histories. Most of the time follow the hybrid style bring their own knowledge and expertise into the class. They still have a structure for every lecture but are able to adjust their flow and come up with the right activities to keep the students engaged. Encourages learning and collaboration among students
