About me
I have been working with different goup ages in training in different gyms around Albania where I used to live before coming to London for my studies.
Mostly training for boxing but also training strength and conditioning which I continue studying in my bachelor degree.
Except the beginners I have come in touch and worked with elite athletes-boxers such as Alban Beqiri (Balkan Champion, bronze...

Except the beginners I have come in touch and worked with elite athletes-boxers such as Alban Beqiri (Balkan Champion, bronze medalist in World Championship), Denis Nurja (Balkan champion) and Esmeralda Novruzaj (3rd place-Bronze medalist
in European championship 2024).
The experience that I have created with those elite athletes is amazing and the communicational and working skills that I have got has created a more sustainable and intriguing mindset about the way a training session should be and the desire for enjoyability while having the development in performance
