I will begin by assessing a baseline of understanding and application. Then I will develop small achievable targets, before creating dynamic, sequential session plans. Next, I will develop bespoke resources. After that, I will deliver interactive lessons before evaluating the effectiveness of the session. Finally, I will assess progress and discuss next steps with the learner.
