Rebecca Salter

I’m Rebecca and I’ve been an English teacher for 22 years, in schools and as an online tutor. I help to engage and facilitate learning at key stages 2 and 3, and at GCSE level in English Language and Literature.

I help my students achieve their potential by excelling in examinations, through focused and targeted work towards their goals. Just as importantly, I can also help your child express themselves in creative writing or help them to form a love of reading.

All of my students are individuals, so my lessons are completely bespoke to your goals. I have very successfully taught students who want to be stretched to achieve the highest grades, and I have also supported students with a range of learning needs, including autism, dyslexia and ADHD.

Every student deserves the best education possible, tailored just for them.

I help my students to learn in the best way for them. Helping someone with reading and writing is a wonderful process when you use their own interests to inspire their learning. After all, your learning journey is different to anyone else’s so one size definitely doesn’t fit all!

I create a safe, happy environment and I believe that building positive relationships between the student and the teacher is central to making the most progress possible.
