I am an LLB Law student at the University of Nottingham. I studied Psychology, Sociology and Biology at A Level and achieved A*A*A respectively, and I achieved a grade 9 in my Biology GCSE. I am tutoring in GCSE and A Level Biology, specifically for the AQA exam board (but if you are interested in A Level Psychology or Sociology tutoring please let me know as I may be able to tutor you in this too). My lessons are catered specifically to each student. Whether you're looking to improve on a low grade or strengthen a higher grade, my lessons will be geared toward your personal goals to help you achieve and exceed them! My main resource is exam questions. Exam boards often repeat questions each year, just slightly tweaked and altered. This is the best way to revise for any science subject and was the key to my success in school. We will begin by covering content briefly where I will consistently quiz you throughout. Then, we will spend a large portion of the lesson going through real exam questions on the topic, breaking them down and working out how to approach them and what exactly the examiners are looking for. Not only will this improve exam technique but it will also help with memorising content. All lessons are interactive and students are encouraged to participate as much as they feel they can in a friendly and non-judgemental environment. Students are also encouraged to make mistakes! Don't be afraid to get something wrong, as if you make a mistake now you will be more likely to remember it later.
