My lessons are catered to each individual and so before anything I’ll ask my students how they learn best and we will go from there, however for most of the students I’ve taught we use a bit of acting and singing and use all our creativity when learning about history. Learning doesn’t have to be tedious or boring in fact it can be really enjoyable when you find the right dynamic between the student and tutor, one who understands there struggles of learning and can help to bring about a more fun way to learn the topic at hand.
I have experience when a few other students and they loved every second of my lessons, they found it fun and exciting and they improved in their schooling. They said that due to how fun and exciting I made the lessons they actually understood the subject and found a love for it.
Learning shouldn’t be boring, and exhausting and scary, it should be exciting, fun, joyful and you should enjoy every second of filling your brain with the beautiful information, no matter the subject, and that’s my aim to make learning an enjoyable experience, so children go away happy and wanting to learn more from me and the subject I teach.
Children’s brains need all the creativity they can get, they’re only small once and we need to make it as enjoyable as possible for them and that includes the way they learn and the way we teach, they should be happy when learning and being educated they shouldn’t be sad because they’re struggling to understand and no one is hearing them.
I hear them and so should you. We can do this together and make this the start of and enjoyable teaching/learning time.
