I am Becky Corden, a fully qualified primary teacher with over 20 years experience teaching children aged 3-11 in Kent Schools.

I have gained leadership skills and expertise as a Maths Lead Teacher, NQT/Student teacher mentor and Key Stage Leader alongside my class teaching roles.

Alongside my work as a teacher and private tutor, I write Maths, English, and 11 plus materials for a range of publishers and learning platforms including:

I am dedicated to ensuring that your child makes excellent progress and achieves their potential. I pride myself in helping children build skills and develop a resilient attitude to learning.

Every session is tailor built for your child, to ensure they make excellent and sustained progress, while gaining confidence along the way.

I have a wealth of classroom experience in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2 and can offer tuition in Primary Maths and English (plus other National Curriculum subjects on request).

I specialise in tuition for the Kent Test, 11 plus and other entrance exams. I take students from year 4 onwards.

Situated between Leigh and Hildenborough in West Kent, I teach face to face from my private, purpose built classroom.

I also offer online tuition using Zoom and BitPaper software. Online tuition is very convenient and effective.

Parents are welcome to sit in on tuition sessions if they wish and will receive regular feedback on their child's progress.

I hold insurance for tutoring from home and am fully DBS checked.
