Hello! Im Becca and I will be tutoring in psychology. I am a 21 year old Durham university student who studies psychology. I also studied at KCL. I didnt have the best schooling experience, for GCSEs I went to a school that was not fit for purpose. Less than 50% passed GCSE maths and English. I know how hard it is to learn when the environment around you is not positive or helpful. I had to do most of the work on my own so I have developed many incredibly useful study methods and I used to teach children how to play music instruments so I have a very fun yet informative style of teaching. At A-level I managed A*A*A one of those A*s being in psychology. My methods of revision and exam prep helped me massively to achieve those grades considering I was struggling with severe mental health issues and ended up spending months in psychiatric units. Yet I still managed to achieve those grades with the methods I used to study which i can share with those who need support.
