My teaching methodology and lesson plan includes to be honest to establish rapport and trust. Be flexible to meet students learning style. Be patient to be a good listener not to dominate the conversation. Be professional willing to share my own experience. Making lesson a bit challenging for children with different level. Teach how to achieve goals and be independent. Using different resources for fun with learn. Give % percent to my students and watch then growing in different level. Playing puzzles online, DIY games, colouring alphabet and making number with clay modelling. Throw challenges ask more questions. Teach with hands on activities, giving more real applications examples to memorise things. Taking assessment to teach their progress. Memorised tables and new words with meaning. Check to ensure that things are going at the right speed. Recap and then start with new topics. End of the week allow plenty of time for feedback. No work to carry home complete all things in tuition itself. Preparing them to be more independent by taking up challenges, surprise test to check how attentive they are with me. I tailored my lesson according to the students need and make it easier for them. I have worked with students of special needs and help them 1:1 online face to face. Preparing simplified worksheets for them help to achieve their goals end of the year. Keep in touch with parents for recording the child progress. Overall I am friendly and very jolly person.
