I have in-depth knowledge and experience of business consultancy, managing and directing successful operations. I have managed, directed as a founder and developed businesses in Hospitality, Retail, Education and Sports Coaching environments for over 20 years. During this time, I have tutored, mentored and taught many students, staff and colleagues to ensure development for both the individual and the business or educational establishment. I have also helped 25 entrepreneurs to successfully do business planning, market research, complete competitor analysis and set up financial planning including fully costed Profit & Loss reporting to ensure they got the best support in their start up and development phase.

My experience to date has propelled me to driving and delivering high standards coupled with an extremely strong attention to detail. I enjoy dealing with shifting challenges, maximising both my own and others’ performance. I fully understand the vital importance of developing and nurturing students with different and specific teaching techniques and developing learning plans. I have an excellent level of IT skills, being fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher & Teams.

My tutoring style is relaxed, informitive and engaging. I understand that in business learning, certain asspects can be intimitating, complex and stressful. My experience in business development and coaching and mentoring staff and students helped them to have thriving careers/running profitable businesses. I also have a vast network of self minded business experts who I can sign post to the student when they are ready to progress to the next step.
