I teach with the modern aspect of teaching called as Questions before the topic. This strategy has proved to be the more attentive and attractive to most of the students. In this methodology, the topic is not started just as in conventional teaching does but some relatable questions are asked from the students just to give them a chance to get in the discussion and listening all of their mixed up answers funny and serious ones. Then from the answers taking keywords and just relate them to the today's topic which will give them a hint of it and then here your lesson begins with all of the discussion taking place. This is one of the best methods of Microteaching.
If it doesn't work out, there are plenty more methods as well which can work out. As I have 5 years of teaching experience in an international university at my home country.
