As every individual is differs from one another as same teacher has her or his own style of teaching. And as traditional teaching styles evolve with the advent of differentiated instruction, more and more teachers are adjusting their approach depending on their students’ learning needs. But there are a few fundamental teaching styles most educators tend to use. The demonstrator retains the formal authority role by showing students what they need to know. The demonstrator, is a lot like the lecturer, but their lessons include multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations. Teacher is actually the facilitators for students and to , promote self-learning and help students to develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. The delegator style is best suited for curricula that require lab activities, such experimental psychology and clinical psychology. According to students needs I used different styles of teaching but the most I deliver my lecture and assign tasks to students, during the lecture I used different videos and audios for there better understanding. most the involvement of students I encourage during class.
