I like to develop my own methods of teaching which suit different students. My main aim is to make the students understand the concept rather than just following one particular method for every student. I can say that I can alter my methods to make the learning process relatively easier for the students. Also, different pupils have different pace of learning and understanding the concepts, that is why I encourage them simultaneously so that they may not feel underconfident and excel in their desired field. I have 2 years of teaching experience and I also tutored privately at home. To me, the most important thing is the satisfaction of students with regards to my teaching and if they do not understand my method of teaching, I have no issue in changing my method. Besides, I expect the students to take initiative and let me know if they have any doubt or they are unable to follow my teaching instructions. This would in turn be beneficial for me to take a pause and review my method and alter it accordingly. I always try to make the things easier for students. I rely on in-person sessions, discussions and meetings instead of virtual material to learn, though it is a good way to visualize the things. I give tests, remarks and keep a record of the progress that students make and also inform the parents about it. Lastly, I love to have discipline in my class during study time and have fun with students to make the things light.
