Hello my name is Ramiz and my goal as a tutor is to instil in my students a solid understanding of how to solve exam questions and the courage to take on challenging problems. My educational philosophy is based on the notion that learning takes place in an atmosphere of mutual respect where students are encouraged to reflect and forge new connections on their own. According to my observations, one-on-one personal tuition offers students a special benefit because it can help them overcome their own learning obstacles and establish the groundwork for a profound and long-lasting understanding of the subject.
Depending on the demands and learning preferences of the student, my approach changes.
However, my approach to teaching is to foster independent thought in my pupils while using as many examples from the actual world as I can. I begin with subjects that the pupils are familiar with and progressively go to more difficult material as their confidence grows. I keep using queries and illustrations to make sure they are comprehending. I don't lecture or assign kids to memorise anything.
I usually concentrate on exam-style or past paper questions to evaluate, rehearse, and polish the student's comprehension and approach. Additionally, I place a lot of attention on other less evident but equally important abilities like essay structure and method, logical reasoning, and the efficient use of data and graphs.
