I have over the years made children feel comfortable, my initial lessons are mainly to get friendly and build their trust. The dynamics I follow simple dynamic content, a commitment to empowering pupils to manage their own learning. It gives them the skills and responsibility they need to make good choices as they navigate new challenges.
I try not follow any set pattern and go with the child's flow of understanding, grasping and their expressing contributes to the over all development instead of running after grades. I provide tiny goals to children and they work towards reaching them very easily without any stress.
