I structure my lessons according to the needs of the student. First of all I assess the needs of my students and then we work on the course design together.
I always prefer to use a high-quality textbook to give a structure to the course and that also means that the student can always pick up where he or she left off if there is an interruption.
I specialise in exams such as IELTS and the Cambridge First Certificate. I never give students false hope or or overly high expectations because it's important that they realise how much time is necessary to achieve the results that they need. Too many courses and teachers promise results quickly that cannot be achieved quickly and require hard work and determination. From the beginning of any course I make it clear to the student that the responsibility for progress is on their shoulders.
I have had a lot of experience working online. I appreciate the convenience and have learned to exploit the technology.
