I am a Computer Science Undergraduate who has achieved a first class in my degree. I also have achieved AAB in Maths Chemistry and Physics in my A levels. My studies have allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the stem subjects. I have always enjoyed maths and loved problem solving so much so that I was asked to tutor my class mates during GCSE times. This resulted in the student's improvement from a C to an A in maths in 2 months. This has given me immense satisfaction and approval proving that I am capable of teaching. I also have younger siblings who I have also helped study for their GCSEs and A Levels. They have also found a new appreciation towards learning due to my methods of teaching.

I have a stem background and therefore I have a good understanding of how these subjects are taught. This is reflected in my teaching methods which will mainly assess the students current understanding with subject questions. From this I will come up with lessons to teach the students the new concepts and will regularly test them to make sure they understand.

I believe I am able to teach students really well as I am able to relate to them very easily as I can vividly remember how I was when I was taught at a younger age. This allows me to understand and follow the student's thought processes which can help me find out what the students struggle with and how I can help them.
