I have worked as a tutor for a year now whilst studying at uni and have enjoyed helping students achieve their goals and teaching them subjects they struggle with.

The dynamics of my lessons include teaching the basics of the subjects at first, then going through worksheets before moving onto exam questions if the student is ready. I take a customised approach to tutoring in which I Tailor the lesson to the students individual learning style, strengths and weaknesses. I use goal setting, which is where I set specific achievable goals to track progress and keep students motivated. The methods I like to use are interactive and engaging by using technology that utilities educational apps and online resources to enhance learning. T he feedback I give is regular and specific to help students to improve and build confidence. During the lesson I like to provide a supportive learning environment in which I give positive reinforcement that encourages and motivates students.

My scheduling in the summer is flexible and I am able to adapt to most times, I can offer students sessions that fit their schedule, including weekends and evenings.
