It was the first time for me doing Coaching sessions. And I can say it went way better that I thought. I felt really at ease with Raj since the beginning. I found the initiative, confidence and motivation to start working on picking up my mental health and physical health which has crumbled in the Pandemic and made me go through really hard times.
I found in Raj someone that gave me a lot of tools, taught me how to use them and motivate me to do so. Guiding me along the way and realizing how to encourage me to improve.
I would totally recommend the sessions, even if one is apprehensive, just give it a try. I can say that its a one way journey of improvement.
