My lessons and methods will shift depending on the person and their level, but in general I don't enjoy putting pressure on people, I'd take more of a supportive, guiding approach, where I'll direct you along the correct thought process to get your solutions. I'd give examples of how to reach a particular solution, or solve a specific problem, and where possible even try give a visual description to link the maths to the image hopefully giving a better intuition for the problems and how to solve them. I'm aware of how different people learn at different rates and if you're coming for grinds, I won't be treating this as a second school.

If you're looking to get ahead on certain topics, I can help and do that, but if you're coming for grinds, I will be solidifying your knowledge and help in increasing your confidence in maths and tackling problems. If something in class wasn't explained properly or in a way that didn't make sense, I'll give an alternate view, or develop what was already said to fully explain the concept.

I won't be pressuring you to do more work unless you want it, but I don't believe that after spending hours just getting through school, in potentially stressful exam times, that you should just add more stress or pressure, I want you to be able to come to me and ask questions, ask for explanations or just ask for a simple guide, telling you if you're on the right track, and if you aren't how to get back onto it.
