I try to instruct people not to do just yoga asanas but also to work on holistic wellness. I feel one should learn and practice yoga a daily ritual in life to stay healthy. This helps a practioner to be away from lifestyle disorders whether it's acute or chronic like obesity, diabetes, hypertension , thyroid, pcos, mental illness, migraine, stress, anxiety, digestion problems, breathing issues, quitting addiction and many more. I believe in achieving small progress every day instead of doing restless workout . This helps you to maintain consistency and makes you happy as you change yourself every day.
