It is more important to know concepts in depth and not just memorize facts. My way of teaching is breaking down difficult ideas into little bits that are easier to understand. This helps the students get a good base, which makes learning more difficult subjects later on easier. Instead of memorizing, I would like students to truly know how things work.
Memorization will get them by in the short term, but learning results from knowing. The students can figure out problems better when they comprehend why the ideas are there. My goal is to guide the students into this kind of learning. I make them think, question, and connect instead of just reciting what they studied or learned.
I believe learning should be simple and fun. With clear explanations, step-by-step instructions, and dialogue, I encourage my students to feel safe in what they are learning. I want them to enjoy it and know that there is more to learning than simply passing exams.
Finally, my objective is to get the students thinking and apply learning in real life. When they learn things thoroughly, they can learn anything with confidence. My wish is to guide and support them through this journey and make learning a meaningful and fun experience.
