I would use a variety of methods and activities to engage the learner and ensure that their education is tailored to their specific needs. I would create a positive learning environment and support my lesson plans with helpful resources and materials. My lesson plans would incorporate activities that develop the student's knowledge, skills and understanding.

My lessons would also help them to build self-confidence and a sense of achievement. With each lesson, I would review progress, identify areas of improvement and provide feedback and support. I would also be sure that all resources and materials used in the lesson would be up-to-date and relevant to the topic of study.
