Responsibilities:
? Responsible for sale of all UPSC/CAT products offered by byjus.
? Engage leads with activity on the Byjus app/ website or leads assigned by the central
op’s teams via calls, emails and SMS and recognize positive and negative leads.
? Provide Counselling to interested candidates about UPSC/CA syllabus, strategies for
preparation and align that to courses offered by Byjus.
? Understand the background of candidates (full time aspirant, working professionals,
students, homemakers etc..) and pitch appropriate products.
? Complete the entire sales cycle from product pitch to order punching including -mandate
for EMI process.
? Retain candidates for course extension / add on courses.
? Achieve and exceed weekly targets of with course value starting at 55,000.
? Conduct 5+ zoom demo (counselling session) per week to positive.
