In my tenure of 11 years of professional work experience, I did several projects and I also lead some projects. I used an online calendar and to-do list to track and plan out my daily and weekly activities. I make and gave presentations to seniors to update the situation and take further instructions. I used to prioritize each task and used to define which tasks are most critical each day. For each project, I used to make a road map or overall schedule in the form of a Gantt chart where each activity was mentioned as per defined process. Overall status, activity responsible person in charge, project status (In-progress or complete) and timeline of each activity used to define in the beginning of that project and I used to update the plan vs actual status of each activity by conducting meetings with respective key stakeholders to define strategies.

I will make simple presentations so that students can get easy learning from the content. Moreover, I will do 1-2-1 intractions with students to clear their doubts and give extra time for better understanding if they require.
