What are the steps for learning a foreign language?
How to acquire the basics, learn some simple sentences and reproduce the pronunciation correctly?

All you need is the right approach and some tips to follow. There are four skills required to learn Italian - reading, writing, listening and speaking - which need to be studied and developed right from the first level, to achieve understanding and expression in authentic communicative situations. For this reason situations are simulated in the classroom using authentic teaching materials. However, beyond my methods, I consider my students central to the learning process. Their knowledge, motivation, character and previous experience are considered fundamental values that must always be taken into consideration for effective and stimulating learning. My standard Italian language lesson is divided into two modules: in the first part of the lesson we concentrate on grammatical structure and reading and writing skills, in the second part on the oral skills of production and comprehension.
Italian pronunciation can be a bit tricky for beginner Italian learners, but with enough practice, it’s fairly straightforward. Many of the same sounds exist in English and Italian. And the good thing about Italian pronunciation and spelling is that each letter typically only has one or two sounds associated with it, and these sounds stay consistent across all the words in the Italian language.
