I am a fan of Italian cuisine. I can teach you to cook the way it is really cooked in Italy, not the cuisine found on tourist menus. Together we will prepare wonderful first courses typical of Rome (amatriciana, gricia, cacio e pepe, carbonara), or a Tuscan meat sauce, or a risotto alla Milanese. We will prepare pizza together as it is really done in the pizzerias of Naples. We will prepare together a basil pesto like they do in Genoa, spaghetti with lemon like they do in Naples, or fresh homemade pasta (fettuccine, ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi). We will have fun together and above all, we will eat well! And you'll be ready to invite your relatives and friends to your home to let them taste all the traditional Italian dishes.
