My standard lesson is as follows: after introductions, we move onto the topic of the lesson, for example natural monopolies. Then, I will go through the theory behind the concept, showing all diagrams, and explaining how they should be presented in an exam in order to maximise marks. This will also include a lot of conversation between myself and the tutee, to ensure they are keeping up. Then, we can talk about real life applications, which are often crucial for getting A* at A-levels.
This is primarily all done on-line, where I will be using an online, interactive, whiteboard, to demonstrate the theories.
