I have seven years experience of teaching English as a foreign language since passing my CELTA in 2016,
I have worked in various situations, one to ones, duos, small groups to small classes, with various levels from beginner to expert.
Among my relevant skills are : patience, a desire for the trainees to express themselves, genuine interest in the trainees conversation, a solid understanding of grammar, a pedagogic user friendly was of explaining grammar.
I had already been using Skype and doing telephone lessons from since 2020 I have worked extensively with MS Teams, Zoom and Webex, the last few years have been around 90% online teaching.
My students have always been happy, and I’ve always endeavoured to make sure we’re working on what they want to work on.
