I cater my lessons to suit the individual - we don’t all learn the same way, so I like to spend time figuring out how to get the most out of our time together by tailoring lesson plans to suit each person. I am fun, compassionate, eager to assist and always willing to go the extra mile to help you develop your knowledge. Traditional classrooms can be intimidating, so I aim to create an environment that brings out the confidence you need to ask the questions that will enrich your learning experience in a way that doesn’t always feel comfortable in a more structured setting. As someone who didn’t always achieve highly in school due to a lack of confidence, I understand how difficult it can be to find focus and drive to learn in a different way, but we will work together to develop new tools and ways of learning that bring out the best in you. As a writer, my specialty is assisting budding novelists to develop plots, complete and correctly structure manuscripts, and this is a skill that is easily transferable to all areas of English - finding the right format and applying it to any area of struggle to ensure you have a solid base on which to grow and learn. Regardless of your areas of difficulty in learning English or what you aim to achieve, working together to find a method of learning that suits you is the key to what we will do together.
